USA Network, ECS is a ~$10 billion multi-brand interactive media and E-commerce company owned by Barry Diller with global brands such as: Ticketmaster, Expedia, Hotels.com, Home Shopping Network, Citysearch, Precision Response Corporation, Lending Tree.com, Evite, Match.com, and Hotwire.

Mr. Sorisi reported to the holding company and office of Chairman, Barry Diller. He was a member of the Executive Team with responsibility for strategic and technical oversight for all E-commerce and Technology assets.


He developed acquisition integration strategy plan which led to the purchase of MVP.com E-commerce engine which allowed the company to enter the internet services business and performed the due diligence which led to the purchase of Precision Response Corporation to leverage their Contact Center Operations to support online assets, direct marketing and telemarketing campaigns.


He leveraged USA technology assets and led the design, development and deployment of E-commerce & Customer E-care Operations and managed sites for NASCAR.COM, CBS SPORSTLINE, NBA.COM & NHL.COM realizing increased revenue of $25 million annually.


He led the design and development efforts and launched new “Best in Class” Blended Media Platform to converge Call Center and Online assets. The Technology platform included e-CRM, Collaborative Online Chat Support, Customer Service Email, Up-Sell /Cross Sell Enterprise Services, Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing, Online Marketing Email & Ad Server Campaigns.


He led the convergence of over 60 million customer contact information into a centralized database used to formulate on and off line SAS marketing campaigns to stimulate revenue growth and cross selling of services across all USA properties. Mr. Sorisi also Implemented Online marketing strategies, designed using PHP and HTML email campaigns using Ad Server & SEO marketing solutions


Mr Sorisi saved USA over $4 million in annual costs by maximizing economies of scale involving Enterprise Technology and Telecom Contracts and Vendor Services. He negotiated over $3 million in annual Global Telecom savings with deeper discounts from AT&T, Sprint and MCI and decreased IT Services cost by $850,000 annually by negotiating rate reductions from Cambridge Technology Partners and Anderson Consulting.
